Create your design
Photograph it. We'll draw it.
Draw it
Rough out the yard yourself.
Drop a patio, a drive, some turf and a pergola onto the plot and push them around until it looks about right. It takes a minute and it tells us more than a paragraph can.

Already there
Tap to add. Drag a zone to move it, drag its corner to resize. When the plot is zoomed in, drag the empty grid to pan around it. With a keyboard: Tab to a zone, arrows move it, shift + arrows resize, Delete removes. One grid square is 2ft.
What you have drawn
- Patio~192 sq ft
- Turf / lawn~384 sq ft

What this is, and what it is not
The square footage is real arithmetic on the shapes you drew. There is no price attached and there deliberately is not one: what a yard costs turns on access, levels, what is already in the ground and how far material has to be carried, and a rectangle on a grid knows none of that.
Send it over and it becomes the starting point for a proper 2D or 3D drawing, which is the first thing on JAAB’s service list anyway.
Or photograph it
Send what is there now.
Three questions and a few photos from your phone. About ninety seconds.
Step one
Show us the space.
Straight off your phone is perfect. Two or three wide shots tell us more than a paragraph, and one from the street helps.
Photos of your yard
Skip this if you would rather just talk, but it is the fastest way to get a useful answer.
Up to 8 photos, 12MB each. Photos stay on your device until someone from JAAB’s follows up.
What happens next
A drawing before a shovel.
- 01Someone looks at the photosEnough to say whether what you want is straightforward or awkward on your lot.
- 02A visit to the propertyLevels, access and what is already in the ground decide most of the cost.
- 03A 2D or 3D renderingThe layout, the materials and the planting, drawn before anything is committed.
- 04Then the buildSequenced so nothing that goes in first has to come back up.
